udeb: Add ums-eneub6250, ums-realtek (Closes: #694348) to usb-storage-modules

While we're at it:
- Sort the ums-* modules into alphabetical order, so they're easier
to compare with the list of built modules
- Make the ums-* modules non-optional, as the choice of which to build
  is not architecture/flavour-dependent
