[armhf/omap] Make OMAP_DMA built-in (fixes FTBFS)
Various drivers will call into it if it's enabled, and some of them are built-in. This is a bug in kconfig dependencies, but it's not obvious how to fix it. svn path=/dists/trunk/linux/; revision=19710
