perf: disable libfd-liberty libbfd-liberty-z
Due to "perf build: Don't unconditionally link the libbfd feature test to -liberty and -lz" commit in 4.19 stable tree. https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?h=linux-4.19.y&id=303d29d8f0cfccfc283322648a617033cd69a70f
