Enabled CONFIG_REGULATOR_PALMAS and CONFIG_TI_PIPE3 as builtin since they are
used by multiple subsystems.

[armel] Disable RD_LZO on orion5x; re-enable RD_LZ4 on kirkwood
...
I'm assuming orion5x also has a small initrd partition, so using
anything weaker than gzip is unlikely to work.
We have space to spare on kirkwood now, so there's no need to disable
RD_LZ4 though I doubt it's particularly useful.

CONFIG_SOLO6X10 was renamed to CONFIG_VIDEO_SOLO6X10.
CONFIG_USB_MSI3101 was renamed to CONFIG_USB_MSI2500.
CONFIG_SCx200_I2C can supposedly be replaced by the i2c-gpio driver, but
scx200 is not a standard gpio driver so that won't work so don't both
enabling CONFIG_I2C_GPIO.

Add a proper file section for config symbols defined in

that exactly match the ABI name. For example, 'reportbug kernel'
doesn't find the virtual package, and neither do dpkg commands

speakup-modules-3.16-1-loongson-3-di will be empty
The 'cannot read' warnings are due to a bug in kernel-wedge
copy-modules (fixed in version 2.90) that affects module list
directories that are symlinked. Instead of getting a list of files
and symlinks in the directory, it only finds the directory-symlink.
The bug was generally harmless because copy-modules also gets a
list of inter-package dependencies (without relying on the first
list), and this includes all package names. Except that
speakup-modules has 'Depends: kernel-image!', and as there is
no package definition for 'kernel-image!' this dependency is
not included in the second list and copy-modules does not see
'speakup-modules'.
mips64el seems to be the only architecture which has a symlink to a
module list directory including speakup-modules.
Delete the '!'.

Currently we set KW_CHECK_NONFATAL=y when building for experimental or
an unreleased package. In theory people would be checking for
kernel-wedge errors in the build logs. In practice this meant we
didn't see them until they appear in unstable where they are fatal.

wheezy's udev init script requires /sys/kernel/uevent_helper as an

Update x32 syscall patch to block system calls >= 512 by default
...
System calls from x32 tasks are distinguished by having bit 30 set,
but they share the system call table with x86_64 so where parameter/
return value adjustment is needed there is a difference in the low
bits too. The x32-specific calls are numbered from 512 and of course
are not present in the table if the kernel doesn't support x32.
This means we need to change both the maximum syscall number and the
mask instruction.

[powerpc/powerpc64] Re-enable JUMP_LABEL

CONFIG_JUMP_LABEL only has an effect if the compiler properly supports
"asm goto". That broke for powerpc 64-bit code in some version of
gcc-4.8, and when it was fixed that changed ABI so we had to disable
the config symbol temporarily.
Make sure we get the fixed gcc-4.8 by using a versioned build-dep.
