[rt] Remove xen-linux-system packages and references to Xen support
...
It is not sensible to run a PREEMPT_RT kernel under Xen or any other
hypervisor that doesn't itself provide real-time scheduling.
This requires reintroducing an explicit 'none' featureset for amd64
and i386, just to hold the Xen support definitions.

Avoid 2 ABI changes in ALSA and rtnetlink. Ignore ABI change for
removal of disable_hlt() and enable_hlt() on i386; they were only
meant for use by the floppy driver.

Merge changes from sid up to 3.2.29-1

Most of the patches added to sid are already in 3.5 and could be dropped.
Some others needed to be re-generated without the backporting changes.
Ignore the rt changes as there is no rt featureset for 3.5.

Reorder Kconfig according to drivers/net reorganisation
