aufs: Update to aufs3.x-rcN-20140421
[rt] Disable until it is updated for 3.15 or later
Refresh/drop patches as appropriate; in particular:
- update filenames in fbdev patches
- drop the ARM sunxi backports, which came from 3.15

('tty: Fix low_latency BUG') which was backported in 3.14.2.

This fixes a regression in 3.6.4 and includes a fix previously in the rt
series.
It also disables link security restrictions by default, so add a patch to
re-enable them.

Change patch.apply.in to apply a single patch series without
filtering. Move series/base to series-all and series/base-extra to
series-rt and series-none (the latter empty).
Remove the redundant status file support from patch.apply.in, and
convert it into a static file rather than a template.
Remove the redundant patch series list support from patches.py.
