left some dup definitions of yenta/pcmcia stuff as i'm not

nuke any dup definition, don't allow to disable:
CONFIG_USB_CATC, CONFIG_USB_KAWETH, CONFIG_USB_PEGASUS, and
CONFIG_USB_RTL8150
some archs still have a dubious unset USB_USBNET,
that is left for the next exercice..
