[armhf/omap] Make OMAP_DMA built-in (fixes FTBFS)

Various drivers will call into it if it's enabled, and some of them are
built-in. This is a bug in kconfig dependencies, but it's not obvious
how to fix it.

[armhf/mx5] mtd: Enable MTD_BLOCK as module
