Ian Campbell 4f0498a82e xen: enable up to 32G of RAM for 32 bit guests. 
The default of 8G seems unnecessarily constrained. 32G works fine in my testing
and is consistent with 64 bit.

Maximilian Attems f90be03ebd [x86_64] Set LOG_BUF_SHIFT to 2^18. 
ia64 might want to follow, should help to really collect debugging info
and have the nice reports thanks to benh's work.

set for now on x86_64 where mem requirements for it don't seem huge:
256KB versus 128KB.
