Based on a patch from Chen Baozi. Added pbias-regulator to mmc-modules and
ohci-omap3, ehci-omap and phy-omap-usb2 to usb-modules (dwc3-omap was already
present).
Enabled CONFIG_REGULATOR_PALMAS and CONFIG_TI_PIPE3 as builtin since they are
used by multiple subsystems.

Enable PSTORE as built-in and EFI_VARS_PSTORE as module.
Auto-load efivars and efi-pstore:
- Replace features/all/efi-autoload-efivars.patch with the version

included in the upstream commit.

I'm assuming orion5x also has a small initrd partition, so using
anything weaker than gzip is unlikely to work.
We have space to spare on kirkwood now, so there's no need to disable

[powerpc/powerpc64] Re-enable JUMP_LABEL
...
CONFIG_JUMP_LABEL only has an effect if the compiler properly supports
"asm goto". That broke for powerpc 64-bit code in some version of
gcc-4.8, and when it was fixed that changed ABI so we had to disable
the config symbol temporarily.
Make sure we get the fixed gcc-4.8 by using a versioned build-dep.

* Avoid the change in ALSA
* We can no longer avoid a change in sockdiag, and it doesn't seem to
have any OOT users so ignore it
* team driver probably doesn't have OOT users, so ignore the change
