Maximilian Attems ea2ab5ef86 enable new CONFIG_TOUCHSCREEN_USB_COMPOSITE on all configs 
with CONFIG_INPUT_TOUCHSCREEN set.

- Make BLK_DEV_IDEPNP per-arch
- Make NET_PKTGEN a global module
- Activate new PATA_* options globally
- Activate sata options globally
- Activate ext4 and GFS2
- CC_STACKPROTECTOR is disabled for now, this needs to be discussed
- Activate lots of usb|scsi|sensors|dvb drivers globally

New per-arch settings:
- CONFIG_PCIEAER=y
- CONFIG_HT_IRQ=y
- CONFIG_ARCH_POPULATES_NODE_MAP=y
