deiban packaging of linux kernel with sysmocom modifications

Ben Hutchings fcbe5c22b1 Update build dependencies on libbabeltrace[,-ctf}-dev (fixes FTBFS) ... libbabeltrace-ctf-dev was merged into libbabeltrace-dev, so the build dependencies are unsatisfiable in unstable. For stretch- backports we will still want both of them. So add a suitably versioned dependency on libbabeltrace-dev as a preferred alternative to libbabeltrace-ctf-dev.		2017-10-19 11:35:53 +01:00
