Wireshark Source Code Package for "OCTSDR_GSM" Plugins.

Requirement: 
  - Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition
  - Wireshark development framework version 1.6.5 
      Expecting path is: "\work\3rdParty\wireshark". 
      To change location, edit the file Makefile.nmake and change the WS_DEV_ROOT definition.

To make the plugins: nmake -f Makefile.nmake
