[MERGE] [FIX] mail: message_subscribe_users: refactoring of the algorithm to achieve better computation time.
Previous implementation did a search on mail.followers with subtype_ids=False, leading to a very bad computation time. This search is now avoided. bzr revid: tde@openerp.com-20130613110146-3thin7anczzj509i
