[FIX] Packaging: Debian: lintian errors and warnings

- control:
	- duplicated Section entry removed
	- X-Python-Version added
	- Uploaders added
- init:
	- set odoo.py as deamon instead of openerp-server
	- source /lib/lsb/init-functions to fix Debian lintian warning
	  init.d-script-does-not-source-init-functions
