In internet explorer, writing direction can lead to wrong text direction
when combined with rotate.
A fix was already in place for IE up to version 9 but the issue also
happens in next versions which are more difficult to differentiate
(especially the current spartan/edge version).
So this fix use the same css property value for all browser and it doesn't
seem to have an impact (other than correcting the issue in IE).

When the view form is loaded passing by the kanban list, the kanban
dataset data could be loaded after the view form is displayed.
When going manually to the view form, the human is usually enough slow
so the dataset ids are already loaded, but when loading directly the
view form (for example an "Edit" link from a record on the website or a
refresh) it can not be. For example on runbot the issue happened more or
less 50% of the time, and on localhost 90% of the time.

In IE9 the title of a folded column is rotated two times. The writing mode
"tb-rl" already rotate the bloc then the "-ms-transform:rotate(90d)" rotates it
a second time.
This fix set the writing mode to the initial IE9 value (with a CSS hack so
it doesn't impact other browser).
When showing a kanban, there is differences between dataset of types:
* DataSetStatic: self.view.dataset===self.dataset, their ids attributes are the entire ids list,
* DataSet and DataSetSearch: self.view.dataset.ids are the already in the view ids, self.dataset.ids are the last gotten ids.
Hence with DataSetStatic dataset, when self.view.dataset.ids.splice(0) is done
self.dataset.ids is also emptied. And in the read_slice function, the slice is
done on that (now empty) array.
This fix removes the splicing of this ids array (which doesn't change a thing
since the array is overwritten latter), a _.difference is used to remove
eventual duplicates since in the DataSetStatic case, the same array is being
concatenated to itself

The priority widget did not handle the readonly concept
It was therefore possible to set the priority of
an issue (for instance) even if the field was marked
as readonly.

The `default_order` attribute of a <kanban> view was applied
for a non-grouped kanban view, but was simply ignored when
the kanban view was grouped, a common situation.
When a groupby is active, the main order is the column being
grouped, but the `default_order` is still useful as
a secondary sort ordering, within the kanban columns.
This patch complements the original patch of
rev. 5c0804eaef from PR #520.
the .oe_background_grey class only changed part of the kanban background
when it was scrolled. This makes sure that the full table has a grey
background.
This is related to rev. a218a9ed3f
The condition is good, but not in the right place: It should be done once all read_slice (all columns records) are fetched, not at each read_slice end
The forward port of the fix 3609ba10f2 will be done separately, as the mrp scheduler has been completely refactored from saas-5.

in view_form.js, in do_show method, if the dataset index is not set, the on_button_new method is triggered, opening a new record
In regular kanbans (non-grouped kanban), the dataset index wasn't set, and, therefore, when switching to the view mode, it opened a form for a new record instead of opening the first record of the list, like this is the case for the view list and the grouped kanban
Create a deserialize_sort method and add a set_sort method to
datasets. The set_sort method is useful to avoid duplicating code
in lists and kanban views (to set the initial default order)
Now, the kanban view can be sorted by any field by default. It just
needs to be given in the xml descriptor. For ex,
<field name="arch" type="xml">
<kanban order="country_id">
