Manually adding margins to offsets was necessary due to
http://bugs.jquery.com/ticket/5445#comment:6 and the original code
using $.fn.position().
When edition buttons were moved to being children of the body (rather
than siblings of the image), $.fn.position() was replaced by
$.fn.offset() (to get the position of the image/link relative to the
body/page toplevel), the adjustment (addition of marginLeft/marginTop)
was left in, even though #5445 does not apply to $.fn.offset().

[MERGE] [IMP] [ADD] website: added a page for email.template designer. This page allows to customize the html content of the email.template using the website editor. Specific snippets have been developed to be used in the templates. Indeed the classic snippets using complex html5 and css are not correctly rendered inside email clients.

[IMP] email_template: body_html is now a valid html file. As the html_sanitize is now basically destroyed, we can use an html field instead of a text one. Moreover, issues in the template will be seen directly and not when sending emails. Top cool.
[ADD] website: email_template: added website_link field, a link to edit the template
directly in the website
[ADD] website_mail: added controller and page to edit templates. They are still jinja
templates editable in the website. Not qweb templates.
[ADD] website_mail: JS file and editor override to enable only certain snippets. Some snippets have been implemented, based on the website editor snippets, but using tables and inline style instead of css and complex html5 formatting.
[IMP] website: improved the addition of editor JS in the template header to be able
to add JS file that override the editor without having to hack everything in the
template.

[IMP] conversion back from m2o t-field to openerp value
...
Instead of doing a name_get on the edited value and trying to find out
an m2o to assign back (which there's pretty much no chance of given
there's no autocompletion or anything), alter the m2o record in-place
by setting the provided edited value to its _rec_name.
Ideally, both features could be supported via more advanced m2o
edition widgets which would allow selecting an existing m2o, creating
a new m2o record from scratch or (maybe) editing the existing m2o's
display_name if possible, somewhat similar to what the form view
provides.
Without these though, the only action which makes any sense is to edit
the user-visible "value" where it is found, as with more normal
fields.

[ADD] placeholder support on t-field
...
A placeholder is looked up:
1. in the field's options ("placeholder")
2. on the t-field node itself (@placeholder)
3. on the field's column (.placeholder)
The first one found is used as the @placeholder of the resulting node
(in-HTML), and displayed when the field is empty and unfocused.
If no placeholder is found, an empty field just gets a small padding
in order to be easier to see & focus.

[FIX] odd behavior in cke widgets
...
in "block-level" widgets (divs), when hitting [return] instead of
adding a newline in the widget a new bit of widget may be added. This
is caused by an incompability between widgets and the enterKey plugin.
Remove enterKey, behavior on [Return] is slightly worse (always
inserts br) but widgets don't get broken.

[FIX] change view section saving: only save view section *content*
...
Before, would save view section itself (including root element). But
branding distribution (and thus editability) are set on the last
programmatic root, thus the root element may well be generated
e.g. <span t-att-foo> will define the span itself as editable.
Saving this would remove the programmatic content on the node, and
thus break the view section altogether.
Fix the issue by only saving the root's content in the previous root.

[IMP] editability criteria for links and images

if a link or image is an editing host (has @contenteditable=true), its
body is editable *but* its attributes should not be considered
editable: if the attributes come from a t-att-*, @contenteditable will
be set on the node itself.
such elements should be ignored by the link & image dialog handling
thing, as editing their attributes has undesirable effects.
