This commit removes the request of having gzip or deflate data for two
requests to google drive API.
Previously the code worked since google api would send ungzipped data
(maybe base on urllib2 user agent or other input parameters) but after
a recent change on google part, it is not anymore the case.
closes#8243
opw-648007
note: if we did not do this, we would either need to use requests or add
custom uncompressing code for urllib2 response content.
Rebranding has been done in:
- data/demo files
- html templates
- help notices
- comments
- logger messages
- and other various messages

Closes#1260
A squashed merge is required as the conversion of the apiculture branch from
bzr to git was not correctly done. The git history contains irrelevant blobs
and commits. This branch brings a lot of changes and fixes, too many to list
exhaustively.
- New orm api, objects are now used instead of ids
- Environements to encapsulates cr uid context while maintaining backward compatibility
- Field compute attribute is a new object oriented way to define function fields
- Shared browse record cache
- New onchange protocol
- Optional copy flag on fields
- Documentation update
- Dead code cleanup
- Lots of fixes
We used to give write access to the email address of the current user, but if the email is not a google account, there is no way for the current user to write on the data (except if the current email address is also the email which has done the oauth activation in the settings).

Persist the auth code in the settings to show
that it has already been set, even if it is not
technically used by the system.
Also fixed a variable referenced before assignment.
