i.MX: serial: Convert i.MX51 and i.MX6 to use 'imx*_uart_setup_ll'

NOTE: Boards 'karo-tx25' and 'tqma53' can benefit from this
refactoring as well, but they were not converted because of the lack
of i.MX25 or i.MX53 based hardware to test on.
