PWM: Use a separate device for PWMs
Instead of directly using the hardware devicet for PWMs register a logical PWM device so that the user operates on pwmx devices rather than pxa-pwmx. Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
