drivers: Introduce AIODEV subsystem
AIODEV/Aiodevice is a analog I/O framework that can be thought of as a simplified hybrid between 'hwmon' and 'IIO' subsystems of Linux kernel This commit is very heavily based on 'iodevice' framework proposal written by Sascha Hauer.
