gstreamer1.0-plugins.inc: drop obsolete ${S}/po/Makefile.in.in workaround
The workaround was originally added to the 0.10.x gst-plugins recipes in late 2012 [1] and the root cause seems to have been fixed upstream in late 2013 [2] (ie prior to the 1.4.0 release).
