pixbufcache: add error exit in pixbufcache_sstate_postinst
In order to attempt recovery of a failed populate_sysroot_setscene, we need to explicitly error exit an SSTATEPOSTINSTFUNC. So, we test the return value of gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders.
