populate_sdk_base: Simplify postprocess commands
When looking at and trying to build a slightly customised SDK, I realised the code could be simplified and written in a way which was more customisable. This patch moves various function calls into the SDK_POSTPROCESS_COMMAND which was intended for this kind of use.
