documentation: Added install and config steps for Juno 4.2
Fixes [YOCTO #2929] Provided an updated section on how to install and configure the Eclipse IDE so that it supports both Juno 4.2 and Indigo 3.7.2. The fix included creating a new poky.ent variable that is Juno-specific.
