dev-manual: Updated section on launching remote GDB.
Fixes [YOCTO #6620] I altered the path name of the .gdbinit file in the text to prepend ~/ to it to reinforce what file the user must modify. I also removed the /home/jzhang string in favor of ~ to make it more general.
