Subject: [PATCH] Revert "ref-manual: Added new glossary entry for
 REMOVE_PKG_SUPPORT."

This reverts commit 95b740d719a7a6ffe3a06a1f152af4d877ee08c7.

I inadvertantly put this variable description in before they had
settled on it.
