documentation-audit.sh: remove COMMERCIAL_LICENSE warning
COMMERCIAL_LICENSE no longer exists; the equivalent functionality is now has been replaced by LICENSE_FLAGS_WHITELIST, so replace the COMMERCIAL_LICENSE warning with a similarly equivalent warning.
