classes/populate_sdk_ext: use uninative to set NATIVELSBSTRING

We inherit uninative in the extensible SDK configuration, and uninative
sets NATIVELSBSTRING to a fixed value, so we don't need to force the
value ourselves.

Fixes [YOCTO #8662].
