pulseaudio: upgrade to v4.0

pulseaudio_fix_for_x32.patch removed;
included in upstream.
general recipe clean-up (multiple src URI removed,
inheritance grouping, dependency grouping).
parallel make is now active (was disabled in version 0.9).
