libunique: remove the recipe 

It is not used by anything in oe-core and will be moved to meta-oe

Subject: build: Update the build environment
Require autoconf 2.63, automake 1.11 and libtool 2.2.6 to remove Shave.
Also bump up the requirement for gobject-introspection to 0.6.7.
