mkefidisk.sh: Improve logging
Add logging functions: error, warn, info, and success, using tput to add color highlighting. Use these routines throughout the script, replacing echo statements and adding "|| error" in several places to eliminate silent failures. Add a simple exit block which checks for issues encountered while running.
