This change no longer needs to be backported now that a newer version
of dhcp is being used. The patch isn't causing errors because it is not
included in the dhcp recipe's SRC_URI.

Recent versions of dhcp have swapped out use of __u16 for u_int16_t and
therefor asm/types.h no longer needs to be included. Drop fixincludes.patch
from dhcp recipe.

The main package is empty and is not produced, which leaves the dev
and staticdev packages broken. Remove the dependencies (added in
bitbake.conf by default) to fix this.

1. Update to 4.2.3-P2
2. From 4.2.0 final release, -lcrypto check was removed and we compile static libraries
from bind that are linked to libcrypto. This is why i added a patch in order to add
-lcrypto to LIBS.
3. Add openssl in DEPENDS as we need libcrypto from this package
4. Drop installing /var/lib/dhcp/ as it is handled in pkg_postinst

Both server and client needs access to leases files so its creation
and removal are now handled by postinst/postrm scripts.

If not using the init script it fails as the leases are created by it.
When used with systemd, this fails without the leases thus this allows
it to work out of box.
