Richard Purdie b8f089512f encodings: Set RDEPENDS correctly
The .inc file sets RDEPENDS for the general font case but the dependencies
don't apply to this recipe. This removes those dependencies, simplifying the
dependency chains a little.

Richard Purdie 95990da935 font-alias: Add depends on font-util-native
Without this, the font-util.m4 macro can be missing leading to an undefined
macro. The recipe will still build but generate an empty font-alias package
since the files are installed into "${D}@XORGROOTFONTDIR@".

Elizabeth Flanagan 5eeea9e170 OECore license fixes: meta/*
This is a quick audit of only the most obviously wrong licenses
found within OECore. These fixes fall into four areas:

- LICENSE field had incorrect format so that the parser choked
- LICENSE field has a license with no version
- LICENSE field was actually incorrect
- LICENSE field has an imaginary license that didn't exist

This fixes most of the LICENSE warnings thrown, along with my prior
commit adding additional licenses to common-licenses and additional
SPDXLICENSEMAP entries.

HOWEVER..... there is much to be done on the license front.
For a list of recipes with licenses that need obvious fixing see:

https://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/License_Audit

That said, I would suggest another license audit as I've found
enough inconsistencies. A good suggestion is when in doubt, look at
how openSuse or Gentoo or Debian license the package.

Richard Purdie 9bf0d8898b Improve handling of 'all' architecture recipes and their interaction with sstate
* Jansa: rebased on current master, added nocompiler patch also to
  font-alias, dropped allarch from linux-firmware, gnome-icon-theme, hal-info as
those are checking compiler (ie in intltool check) and better to build
them as default arch instead of rebuilding after every machine
  change.
* this is also part of [BUGID# 1075]

Richard Purdie c5c9c53c4e font-util: The recipe produces binaries so don't mark as 'all' architecture
Since font-util produces binaries it shouldn't be marked as "all"
package architecture. To achieve this we need to move the settings
out the common include file.

This fixes errors like:

Richard Purdie 5aa96bd0ef bitbake.conf/classes: Variable cleanup
This patch removes the variables BASE_PACKAGE_ARCH, BASEPKG_HOST_SYS,
BASEPKG_TARGET_SYS and also removes the immediate assignments in
several core classes as these are no longer required.

This should make it clearer what some of the core variables do and
simplfy some overly complex and confusing class code.

Beth Flanagan 62e3f0ff7b License Field Cleanup: Non-standard field names
I've cleaned up some odd license fields, fixed some license
names and corrected some incorrect licenses. LICENSE really needs
a pass through by the maintainers as some of the licensing is
incorrect.

Also, every license with Artistic should be gone through and noted as
which version of Artistic.

Mark Hatle 9ee3c77f4e recipes-graphics: Add more detailed SUMMARY and DESCRIPTIONS
Add more detailed SUMMARY and DESCRIPTIONS to various graphics and
graphics related components. I've recently gotten question from users
what something is, or why it was needed.. this should go a long way toward
answering those questions.

Many of the descriptions were taken directly from the upstream location,
where one was not available the Debian packages were consulted for
information.

Richard Purdie 29d6678fd5 Major layout change to the packages directory
Having one monolithic packages directory makes it hard to find things
and is generally overwhelming. This commit splits it into several
logical sections roughly based on function, recipes.txt gives more
information about the classifications used.

The opportunity is also used to switch from "packages" to "recipes"
as used in OpenEmbedded as the term "packages" can be confusing to
people and has many different meanings.

Not all recipes have been classified yet, this is just a first pass
at separating things out. Some packages are moved to meta-extras as
they're no longer actively used or maintained.
