"python3-expect" is not needed in the Debian, Fedora,
and OpenSUSE distros as an essential package. They are
gone.

The fact that the OpenEmbedded build system can now build
multiple image types caused the KERNEL_IMAGE_BASE_NAME variable
to have the KERNEL_IMAGETYPE portion removed. This could cause
existing recipes that use the KERNEL_IMAGE_BASE_NAME variable
directly issues. I added a section indicating that the user
should address those recipes to avoid problems.

The "runqemu Ported to Python" section was using past tense
for a note about previous usage patterns being supported. I
changed this to present tense.

Indicated that the configuration file is not mandatory. Also,
documented the supported qemu* machines should you run the
script without a configuration file.

This variable is now redundant due to the way these image
files are staged now. The variable does not need to be
in the glossary. Removing the images is now the default
behavior.

Hob and the packageinfo class have now been removed from the
code base. This patch removes all references to:
* Hob
* meta-hob
* packageinfo and
* BBLAYERS_NON_REMOVABLE
from the documentation.

Updated several classes with feedback from Jose Lamego of Intel.
The feedback fixed some class groupings so that previously isolated
classes could be bundled under common classes (e.g.
autotools*.bbclass).
I scrubbed the cross-references for cases where a particular
class became "undocumented." The cross-references now point to
the bundled class entry in the ref-manual.

This variable has been deprecated a while and Paul Eggleton suggested
we finally remove it from the glossary. I removed it and also
took away the two links from where the variable was referenced
in a couple spots in the migration section.

Looked for, updated, and added (if necessary) the following
variables:
* ROOTFS_PREPROCESS_COMMAND
* ROOTFS_POSTPROCESS_COMMAND
* SDK_POSTPROCESS_COMMAND
* POPULATE_SDK_POST_TARGET_COMMAND
* POPULATE_SDK_POST_HOST_COMMAND,
* IMAGE_POSTPROCESS_COMMAND
* IMAGE_PREPROCESS_COMMAND
* ROOTFS_POSTUNINSTALL_COMMAND
* ROOTFS_POSTINSTALL_COMMAND
Each of these variables no longer accepts arbitrary shell commands but
rather functions. The wordings now support that behavior.
Also, updated the migration section for going to 1.6 release to note
this change.

Apparently, copying HTML displayed commands that have a
double dash created through "‐‐" in the docbook source
causes some issues in the shell. I have scrubbed the manual set
to replace any "‐‐" strings with "--".

Throughout the manual I had been using angled bracket sets to
denote user-supplied input. This is confusing and better shown
by using the <replaceable></replaceable> tags. I scrubbed all
the chapters and replaced as needed.
Some other minor formatting changes were caught and fixed during
the scrub as well.

Added a ptest section to the "Moving to the Yocto Project 1.6 Release" section.
Fixes [YOCTO #6400]
Added a new section named "Package Tests (ptest)" to the migration
section stating that ptest is built but not installed by default.
I also added some cross-reference links to a usage section and to
the ptest.bbclass section.
