Richard Purdie 069de520ec autotools-brokensep: Mark recipes with broken separate build dir support 
This patch goes through the OE-Core recipes and marks those which use autotools
but don't support a separate build directory (${S} != ${B}). A new class,
autotools-brokensep is used for this purpose.

This doesn't introduce any change in behaviour in its own right.

Matthieu Crapet 8664a2a1f7 recipes: convert remaining SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION cosmetic issues 
Rename SUMMARY with length > 80 to DESCRIPTION.

Laurentiu Palcu 824d7a5d27 presentproto_git.bb: add recipe 
This is needed by xserver-xorg 1.15. Since presentproto has just been
created, use a git recipe because the initial version is missing some
fixes, license file, etc.
