Khem Raj 1ad8852892 sysprof: Define NT_GNU_BUILD_ID if undefined 
This is needed on uclibc which does not have all GNU extentions

Yu Ke 61018fda65 poky-default-revisions: move the SRCREV to recipe file 
in this case, those non poky distro can also use these recipe normally
