It's not necessary to specify the protocol parameter when it's the
default protocol for the fetcher, e.g. the default protocol for
git fetcher it git, "protocol=git" isn't needed.

On systems with dash as /bin/sh there were failures in do_package_write_ipk
due to bashisms in opkg-build. This newer revision contains a fix for this.

which should be replaced by class-native and class-nativesdk.
