Martin Jansa ba8abac4c9 eglibc-initial-2.16: add kconfig-frontends-native to depends 
* fixes:

* it's because, eglibc-initial.inc overwrites DEPENDS from eglibc_2.16.bb
  $ grep DEPENDS eglibc_2.16.bb
  DEPENDS += "gperf-native kconfig-frontends-native"
  $ grep DEPENDS eglibc-initial.inc
  DEPENDS = "linux-libc-headers virtual/${TARGET_PREFIX}gcc-initial"

  and it's included after eglibc_2.16.bb
  $ head -n 3 eglibc-initial_2.16.bb
  require eglibc_${PV}.bb
  require eglibc-initial.inc

Khem Raj fecb95620a eglibc-initial: Fix build failure due to missing limits.h 
We have had these things in place to overcome a limitation
from our gcc-initial-cross not staging a self sufficient
limits.h. Now thats fixed we do reset TOOLCHAIN_OPTIONS
to point to sysroot where linux kernel headers are staged
and not the bootstrap sysroot which will infact be popuated
by eglibc-initial itself.

Secondly we dont need to set CPPFLAGS specially as we
are doing that in eglibc.inc so we override that

Khem Raj 83dda47b2e eglibc: Add recipes for 2.16 release 
Drop the patches that were either applied
or fixed differenly in 2.16

Add patches to fix ppc spe patches to match
eglibc 2.16

Fix CPPFLAGS to contain correct includepaths
so autoconf cache is generated correctly
