Lianhao Lu 4fbc283c00 eglibc: SDK_GLIBC_ADDONS for eglibc-nativesdk. 
Use SDK_GLIBC_ADDONS for eglibc-nativesdk so that it is not
dependant on the target eglibc's GLIBC_ADDONS settings.
