Scott Rifenbark 9dff02bc21 adt-manual: Added some reasoning behind sourcing the xtoolchain env script ... The intro to the "installing the ADT and Toolchains" section notes that the user must source the cross-toolchain environment setup script. I added a clause stating that this establishes environment variables. Fixes [YOCTO #7133] partially.
