Ross Burton 25d2956d97 oeqa/selftest/sstatetests.py: check that PARALLEL_MAKE doesn't change signatures ... There are recipes that manage to have sstate signatures that depend on PARALLEL_MAKE, so verify that changing this variable doesn't change signatures.
