Nitin A Kamble d6e8013a8c [e]glibc-package.inc: fix providers for libsegfault and other 
[e]glibc-nativesdk should not be providing libsegfault.

This commit fixes the following error while doing this:
bitbake poky-image-minimal-initramfs
