Ed Bartosh 219d73a6fa wic: use ext4 in wic-image-minimal.wks 
ext4 is used in canned wks files, so let's use it here too
for the sake of consistency.

This layer is intended as test layer, used by scripts/oe-selftest
and it's probably a mistake to include it in your builds (unless you
want to run the script).
