poky script ./meta/recipes-core/udev/udev-extraconf/mount.sh is called
by systemd-udev rules every time a storage device is found, and it is
responisble to automount them. The init script waits until the device is
automounted to finish the boot process.
The mount.sh script sues "stat", and right now our busybox doesn't have
it enabled. As a result, stat is not found, the script fails, the
device is not mounted, and the init script hangs forever.
CONFIG_IFUPDOWN_UDHCPC_CMD_OPTIONS was set to '-n' which means
"Exit with failure if lease cannot be immediately negotiated."
What we'd rather want is for udhcpc to continue to run until a lease can
finally obtain. Otherwise we have a race condition in case the DHCP
server is not reachable for a few seconds during system boot, and end up
having a system that is permanently without an IP address.
