u-boot: Modified the configuration in regrd to boot interruption
Typing bts-delay will interrupt the boot and enter the command
line of the bootloader.

sysmobts: Upgrade to a BTS version with fixed 2bis SI scheduling
This is a hot fix for the 2bis case, the more generic scheduling
patch needs to be tested a bit more.
