mpc83xx: Add support for MergerBox board

Includes board config file, documentation, maintainer and boards.cfg
entries, and board specific files in vendor dir.

The MergerBox is a 120x160mm single board computing platform
for 3D Full-HD digital video processing.

1 USB host controller over ULPI I/F with 4-Port hub.
