[PATCH] Use dynamic SDRAM TLB setup on AMCC Ebony eval board

Define CONFIG_PROG_SDRAM_TLB so that the TLB entries for the
DDR memory are dynamically programmed matching the total size
of the equipped memory (DIMM modules).
