Zhao Qiang 5066e62847 T2080QDS/PCIe: Soft Reset PCIe on T2080QDS for down-training issue
T2080QDS PEX1/Slot#1 will down-train from x4 to x2,
with SRDS_PRTCL_S1 = 0x66 and SRDS_PRTCL_S2 = 0x15.

Chunhe Lan 373762c34c powerpc/t4rdb: Add SD boot support for T4240RDB board
This patch adds SD boot support for T4240RDB board. SPL
framework is used. PBL initializes the internal RAM and
copies SPL to it. Then SPL initializes DDR using SPD and
copies u-boot from SD card to DDR, finally SPL transfers
control to u-boot.

Hans de Goede e13afeef6f sunxi: usb: Do not call phy_probe from hcd code
The 2/3 usb-phys on the sunxi SoCs are really a single separate functional
block, and are modelled as such in devicetree. So once we've moved all the
sunxi usb code to the driver-model then phy_probe will be called once
for the entire block from the driver-model enumeration code.

Move to this now as this also avoids problems with phy_probe being called
multiple times once we introduce ohci support. This also allows us to get rid
of the sunxi_usb_phy_enabled_count variable as phy_probe now is guaranteed
to be called only once.

Since we're effectively rewriting the probe / remove functions, move them
to the end of the file while we are at it, as that is the most logical place
for them.

Hans de Goede b6006baf9c sunxi: Move all boards to the driver-model
Now that we've everything prepared for it remove the DM settings from the
defconfig(s) and simply always set them for sunxi.

This makes all sunxi boards allways use the driver model for gpios and
ethernet, and allows us to move over more bits to the driver-model without
the need to introduce #ifdef-ery for boards which are not yet using DM.

Hans de Goede 25acd33f85 sunxi: dts: Add a CONFIG_DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE setting to all sunxi boards
This is a preparation patch for switching all sunxi boards over to using
the driver model.

Note that rather then defining both CONFIG_DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE (for u-boot)
and CONFIG_FDTFILE (for the kernel), this commit simply replaces all
CONFIG_FDTFILE defconfig settings with CONFIG_DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE and
uses CONFIG_DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE for setting the default fdtfile env value

Hans de Goede 2fcf033d36 sunxi: axp: Move axp gpio code to a separate axpi-gpio driver
Move the axp-gpio code out of the drivers/power/axp*.c code, and into
a new separate axpi-gpio driver.

This change drops supports for the gpio3 pin on the axp209, as that requires
special handling, and no boards are using it.

Besides cleaning things up by moving the code to a separate driver, as
a bonus this change also adds support for the (non vusb) gpio pins on the
axp221 and the gpio pins on the axp152.

The new axp-gpio driver gets its own Kconfig option, and is only enabled
on boards which need it. Besides that it only gets enabled in the regular
u-boot build and not for the SPL as we never need it in the SPL.

Linus Walleij d280ea00ef vexpress64: use DM for all vexpress64 boards
Commit d8bafe1310
"ARMv8: enable DM in vexpress64 board" only enabled DM
for the simulated vexpress64 board (FVP) with the
hardcoded clock value for the simulated board, causing
a console regression on the Juno board which was using
a different clock setting.

Fix this by enabling DM for all vexpress64 boards,
defining the clock frequency per-board, deleting the
static array of PL01x ports from the config file and
relying solely on the port defined in the boardfile
using platform data.

Scott Wood 221fbd229c powerpc/mpc8641hpcn: Move environment to avoid conflict
U-Boot on this board grew a long time ago past the 384 KiB that
it reserves for the U-Boot image, before the environment. Thus,
saveenv overwrites the U-Boot image and bricks the board.

I tried to find out when U-Boot grew beyond this point, but there is a
long stretch in the history where this board did not build -- and
AFAICT when it did fit in 384 KiB, it was missing vital features such
as fdt support. Turning off CONFIG_VIDEO was not enough to make it
fit. Thus, I don't think we have any choice other than to move the
environment.

Scott Wood d87a2ad108 powerpc/mpc85xx: Remove some dead code
U-Boot does not have system calls (the services it exposes to
standalone commands use a different mechanism), so the syscall handler
is dead code. It's also broken code, as it assumes it is located at
0xc00 -- while even before the patch to stop relocating exception
vectors to 0, U-Boot had the syscall at 0x900.

The critical and machine check return paths are never called -- the
regular exception return path is used instead, which works because
xSRR0/1 have already been saved and can be restored via the regular
SRR0/1 (we don't care too much in U-Boot about taking a critical/mcheck
inside another exception prolog/epilog).

Also remove a few other small unused functions.

Scott Wood 96d2bb952b powerpc/mpc85xx: Don't relocate exception vectors
Booke does not require exception vectors to be located at address zero.
U-Boot was doing so anyway, simply because that's how it had been done
on other PPC. The downside of this is that once the OS is loaded to
address zero, the exception vectors have been overwritten -- which
makes it difficult to diagnose a crash that happens after that point.

The IVOR setup and trap entry code is simplified somewhat as a result.

Also, there is no longer a need to align individual exceptions on 0x100
byte boundaries.

At present USB devices with no driver model driver cannot be seen in the
device list, and we fail to set them up correctly. This means they cannot
be used.

While having real drivers that support driver model for all USB devices
is the eventual goal, we are not there yet.

As a stop-gap, add a generic USB driver which is bound when we do not have
a real driver. This allows the device to be set up and shown on the bus.
It also allows ad-hoc code (such as usb_ether) to find these devices and

USB devices in U-Boot are currently probed only after all devices have
been enumerated. Each type of device is probed by custom code, e.g.:

- USB storage
- Keyboard
- Ethernet

With driver model this approach doesn't work very well. We could build
a picture of the bus and then go back and add the devices later, but
this means that the data structures are incomplete for quite a while.
It also does not follow the model of being able to bind a device when we
discover it.

We would prefer to have devices automatically be bound as the device is
enumerated. This allows us to attach drivers to particular USB classes
or product/vendor IDs. This is the method used by Linux.

Add the required #defines from Linux, a way of declaring a USB driver and
the logic to locate the correct driver given the USB device's descriptors.

Some uclasses want to set up a device before it is probed. Add a method
for this.

An example is with PCI, where a PCI uclass wants to set up its private
data for later use. This allows the device's uclass() method to make calls
whcih use that data (for example, read PCI memory regions from device
tree, set up bus numbers).

USB3 does not work. This may be a problem with the USB3 PCI driver or
something in the USB3 stack and has not been investigated So far this is

For video, coreboot will need to run the OPROM to set this up.

Kishon Vijay Abraham I 2d48aa69bd usb: modify usb_gadget_handle_interrupts to take controller index
Since we support multiple dwc3 controllers to be existent at the same
time, in order to handle the interrupts of a particular dwc3 controller
usb_gadget_handle_interrutps should take controller index as an
argument.

Hence the API of usb_gadget_handle_interrupts is modified to take
controller index as an argument and made the corresponding changes to all
the usb_gadget_handle_interrupts calls.
