The pin called HALTEN drives a transistor to operate the supply
voltage. After HALTEN is high, the user can release the power
switch button and the device will stay powered on.

remove macro CONFIG_EMAC_MDIO_PHY_NUM and depending macro EMAC_MDIO_PHY_NUM

This board uses the OMAP-L138 SOM stacked on a
custom baseboard. It supports SPI Flash, Ethernet
with RMII.
